Employee Wellness
CCGC is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the well-being of all staff at the agency, and provides multiple resources and wellness related activities and events throughout the year. All staff are given the opportunity to be a part of the Wellness Committee, an-employee run group that schedules and oversees wellness related activities and initiatives, and organizes staff participation in wellness events in the community. With the help of this committee, CCGC holds events, informational sessions, and activities around topics like nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, stress relief, and more in an effort to provide the best possible wrap around support for employees who are working hard to care for our community.
