STEPS IN BECOMING A CCGC BOARD MEMBER

STEP ONE

1. Read the “Responsibilities of Board Members” at this link.

2. Become familiar with CCGC and its services by visiting our website.

3. Contact Jamie Bellenoit, Ph.D., LMFT, Chief Executive Officer, for a tour of the clinic at (860) 643-2101.

STEP TWO

1. Complete the online Application for the Board of Directors (below).

2. Attach a resume that includes, at a minimum: education, employment history, any nonprofit board of directors experience, and any professional organization involvement.

3. Note that a nominee for (CCGC) Board of Directors must be recommended by a current Board member or by the CCGC CEO or be interviewed by a current Board member. The CEO will arrange the interview with a Board member if required.

STEP THREE

The Board of Directors will vote on the candidate’s application at a regularly scheduled Board meeting as soon as possible.
