Thank you to the Town of Manchester for your ongoing support!

This year, Fall Fest has received significant funding from the American Rescue Plan Act via the Town of Manchester. This funding makes it possible for us to bring you more activities, more entertainment, and more FUN at this year's event while we celebrate and learn about the diverse cultures that make up our community.

ABOUT THE EVENT

WHAT TO EXPECT

Join us on September 21st at our 1075 Tolland Turnpike location in Manchester and have some free fun with the family while learning more about everything our community has to offer!

Families can look forward to:

  • Face painting and balloon twisting

  • Petting zoo with a variety of farm animals

  • Carnival-style games with prizes

  • Seasonal crafts of all kinds

  • Giant inflatable obstacle course and slide

  • Games, dancing, and fun with our children's DJ, Barefoot Adventures

Meanwhile, we are also inviting local nonprofits and businesses to come and be a part of the event, so parents and caregivers can learn about a variety of services in the area and find new resources for their families while the kids have fun and enjoy the day!

We will be offering some food at the event for a minimal cost, and are working to include a variety of other food options from local vendors and food trucks as well.

RSVP on Facebook and stay up to date with everything that's going on: we're still adding new attractions all the time!

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

  • Fall Fest primarily takes place in the parking lot of the Community Child Guidance Clinic building at 1075 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester. Some activities and attractions will also be set up in the adjoining Bernie Dailey Memorial Ball Field.
  • As there will only be limited handicap-accessible parking at our building, families attending Fall Fest should expect to park in the BJs plaza across the street instead, and we will have a Manchester Police Officer present to assist with crossing the street. Please exercise caution in the parking lot and crosswalk!
  • Families can expect to find multiple food and drink options on-site, and we hope to share a few of the specific menu items, dietary information, and any associated costs with you soon.
  • RSVP for Fall Fest on Facebook, and follow along in the discussion for updates and more details as the day gets closer. Search @CCGCinc or click here to connect with us and stay up to date on this and everything else that is going on at CCGC.

RESOURCE TABLES AT FALL FEST

If you are representing a local nonprofit or business that serves children and families OR a local small business that sells farm goods or homemade crafts, there's a good chance that you would be a perfect fit to attend Fall Fest as an exhibitor for our resource fair! Fall Fest is attended by over 400 people each year on average, while still being small enough that you can look forward to less competition than at bigger fairs. There is a small, optional, suggested donation for tables, but otherwise, this opportunity is open to most businesses (though acceptance is subject to CCGC committee approval).

Click the button below to learn more, and then fill out a quick application to let us if you're interested! We'll reach out soon with more information and to answer any questions you might have.
