CCGC's Growing Together Gathering, A Fundraiser for Kids' Mental Health and Special Education Services

Join us for a unique fundraiser that brings the community together! Look forward to games, entertainment, an auction, and more, all while enjoying delicious barbeque and drinks!

 

 

 

 

ABOUT THE EVENT

We are so excited to welcome you all back for another night of community and enjoyment at our newly reimagined fundraiser, the Growing Together Gathering! Join us as we return to BLDG 4 in Manchester, where we will have both new and familiar activities, games, prizes, entertainment, delicious culinary creations,  craft beverages, and more in addition to our annual auction. This year we are inviting our guests to bring their families! We look forward to offering children's activities and entertainment as well as fun for the adults so that everyone can have a great time and come together as a community (and who says the kids DON'T need a nice night out too, right!?).

We hope you'll join us on May 31st and enjoy an evening of connecting with old friends and new while supporting children who need our help! This promises to be a one-of-a-kind, magical night for all. 

We are excited to announce that proceeds from this year's event will support renovations, expansions, and improvements across departments at CCGC, as there are diverse funding needs to be met for all of our programs this year. This event will make it possible to provide new resources to our clients and students and make improvements to our physical spaces that will enhance their care as they work to overcome both behavioral and mental health difficulties as well as other difficult circumstances.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Join us on May 31st at 6:30 pm and experience the magic that happens when a community comes together for an important cause. Hear some of CCGC's stories of hope and learn about how to support CCGC’s important goals that will continue to provide impactful and innovative mental health services to the children we serve. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy:

  • Barbeque options and more to suit every taste
  • A silent auction with online bidding, plus additional fundraising games and activities
  • Live music from Daddy Long Legs and Fever
  • Yard games and a moon bouncer for the littles
  • Interactive displays, photo areas, and more!

Best of all, this event gives all of us a chance to connect with our community while raising funding for the children receiving services at CCGC. Don't miss out on this chance to be a part of a very special event!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

TICKETS to this year's GROWING TOGETHER GATHERING are now available!

This ticket will grant you access to the in-person event in Manchester, CT, where you can enjoy included food and drink, entertainment, access to our auctions, and more. NEW THIS YEAR: We are offering multiple ticket levels to make it possible to expand the event and allow everyone to purchase tickets in a way that suits their preferences!

Ticket Pricing

  • Regular Adult Tickets- $50
    • Includes access to the event and all food and non-alcoholic beverages, cash bar
  • VIP Tickets- $80
    • Includes the same as regular tickets plus a swag bag, 5 game tokens, and open bar
  • Kids' Tickets- $13
    • Includes access to the event and all food and non-alcoholic beverages

Please purchase these tickets for children ages 5-17. Kids 4 and under are free!

VIP Ticket Packs

  • Buy more and save, plus get reserved seating (in addition to everything listed for VIP tickets above)
  • Buy 4 VIP tickets and you'll receive reserved seating at one of our tables-  $280
  • Buy 8 VIP tickets and reserve an entire table- $570

After purchasing tickets: watch your email for updates. You should receive an email confirmation after purchase, and we will be sure to share all of our exciting updates leading up to the day of the event. We will also be sending out information about our auction including ways to access bidding online.

  • The addition of a swing set to our playground area at 317 North Main Street, which benefits children in multiple programs
  • Internal Family Systems Training for our clinical staff, enhancing care for children receiving outpatient counseling services and more
  • Accessibility equipment and safety improvements, including permanent stepstools for restrooms, safety lighting for parking lots, and more
  • Enhancements and additions for our sensory and pollinator gardens, including plants, additional outdoor musical instruments, mindfulness signage, and more
  • Equipment for our Sand Tray Therapy room, including new soundproofing 
  • New desks for both students and therapists, to replace older items that are no longer serviceable
  • Indoor and outdoor toys to support both therapy sessions and therapeutic recreation for multiple programs

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
